Good therapy shouldn't depend on your zip code.

I'm a licensed psychologist based in Denver. Through PSYPACT — an interstate authorization that allows licensed psychologists to practice across state lines — I'm able to see clients online throughout more than 40 states.

That means if you're in Wyoming, Montana, Utah, Texas, or any other PSYPACT state in the country, you can work with a psychologist who specializes in men's mental health without settling for whoever happens to be local.

No matter if you are coming to therapy to manage anxiety, depression, anger, feeling stuck, or navigating relationships, telehealth can be just as effective as sitting in a room together. And for a lot of men, connecting with a therapist from the comfort of home just makes more sense.

Please note that telehealth also poses potential risks to sessions, including interruptions, unauthorized access, and technical difficulties.

Telehealth sessions are conducted using a secure, HIPAA compliant platform. So, you can be at home, in your car, or anywhere private that feels comfortable for you.

If you're outside Colorado, sessions are private pay. I'm happy to provide documentation you can submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement.
