Individual Therapy

Personalized therapy for men navigating life's real challenges.

  • Stress and anxiety are unavoidable, but you can learn to work with them. We focus on regulating your nervous system, recognizing unhelpful patterns of thought, and responding in ways that actually help.

  • Depression can feel like your life is on the wrong path, just going through the motions, and struggling to care. Feeling sad is not a weakness. It’s an adaptive response to overwhelming pain. We work on understanding what's really happening, reconnecting with what matters, and finding your own way forward.

  • Symptoms of ADHD can leave you feeling disorganized, unproductive, and unsuccessful. No, you are not lazy or stupid, and yes it can get better. We work on understanding your unique brain style, building systems that actually work for you, and leveraging your strengths to take charge of your life.

  • Our relationships can give us deep meaning, but they require constant attention and care. When things start to break down, it's hard to build them back up again. We work on understanding your relationship/attachment patterns, improving communication, and rebuilding meaningful connection.

  • Anger can feel frightening and destructive, but it often masks deeper pain and unmet needs. It doesn’t have to be our enemy, but when it's unmanaged, it can damage the things we care about. We work on understanding what's underneath it, learning to manage the intensity, and responding in ways that protect you and your relationships.

  • New job, career change, breakup, moving, becoming a parent. Transitions shake up your identity and routines. Even positive changes can feel disorienting. We work on surfing the waves of uncertainty, clarifying what matters to you now, and building a path forward that actually fits your life.

  • Feeling disconnected from something deeper, questioning your direction, or searching for higher purpose. These existential challenges are part of being human. We explore what gives your life meaning, what you value, and how to build a life you're proud of.

What to Expect from Therapy

First Session:

We start with an intake interview where I learn your story, what's bringing you in, and what you're hoping to get out of therapy.

Building a Plan:

From there, we collaborate on a plan that fits your goals and your life. We check in regularly to make sure we're on the right track and adjust as needed.

Working Together:

You deserve the kind of care that makes you feel safe, welcomed, challenged, and supported. We start every session with a mindfulness practice to ground and connect with the moment, then see where it takes us.

Effective therapy isn't one-size-fits-all - it's tailored to your lived experience, your culture, your identity, and your own inner wisdom. This is a place for exploration. Let's do it together.

Sessions are available in-person in Denver or via secure telehealth throughout Colorado and 40+ states.
